bookitLive announced it has signed a contract with one of Australia’s biggest Motoring Associations to provide online booking system and payment software to manage all driving lesson bookings.
The announcement follows a successful pilot program which saw bookitLive used for all its driving School Licensee. Under the agreement, bookitLive will expand its services across all 32 driving schools with the rollout already commenced.
The Motoring Associations has adopted the bookitLive online booking and payment software to manage all driving lesson bookings. Both customer and the Associations call centre will use a central online booking portal to make booking against the driving school that services the location selected.
Each driving school uses their own account to manage the availability of their Driving Instructors. Each Instructor has their own logon and can access all their lesson bookings from a Smartphone or tablet within the car.
Each driving school defines the locations where each Instructor operates with customers selecting the pickup location and adding the address while booking. The pickup address is displayed on the Instructors Smartphone and with one click is sent to maps for route directions.
Analytics from the pilot program revealed a high rate of customers booking online themselves without any interaction with the call centre or driving instructor.
