Brisbane Trapeze Academy

Welcome to our beginners flying trapeze class! Are you ready to experience the thrill of flying through the air and learn the basics of this exciting aerial art form? Our class is the perfect introduction class for those who are new to flying trapeze.

Our class is led by experienced instructors who will guide you through each step of the process, from the warm-up to mastering basic skills on a low practice bar to flying on the full-size trapeze rig. You will learn the fundamentals of flying trapeze, such as how to grip the bar, how to take off, and how to position your body correctly in the air.

Throughout the class, safety is our top priority. You will always be securely attached to a safety harness when off the ground and under the watchful eye of our instructors. Our instructors will also provide individualised feedback and support to help you progress at your own pace.
