Treatment: All students perform remedial massage physical assessments during your consultation and apply various techniques throughout their studies, including Sports and Deep Tissue and Remedial Massage Techniques (dependent on student skill set).
Your therapist will address your primary area of concern within your one-hour session which will consist of a 15-minute assessment including a thorough consultation, postural analysis, range of movement and orthopedic testing relevant to your complaint and up to 45 minutes of treatment time.
Our student clinics are an educational environment for student development and on-the-job learning as our priority of focus.
During your visit, you must comply with assessment processes conducted by the student therapist within your one-hour booking time to support the student learning experience.
Days of clinic operating change depending on students’ timetables, and availability will show on a clinic selection.

As part of the Diploma of Remedial Massage HLT52015, students are required to practice a range of industry skills within a simulated work environment.
Our student massage clinics allow our students to gain the industry experience required for successful completion of their studies, whilst offering members of the general public discounted rates on services.
Our clinics are operated by our students studying the Diploma of Remedial Massage and are supervised by qualified, industry current therapists at all times.
Clinic locations and availability are subject to change each term.
All clinics operate within a Victoria University Polytechnic learning environment, where observations, assessments and supervision during treatment occurs and students are required to uphold learning requirements such as client assessment processes and treatment guidelines.
All members of the public are welcome.
