Software updates and enhancements
bookitlive provides regular feature updates and product enhancement as part of its monthly release program.
Directory listing & featured business
All subscribers are added to our directory listing and can appear as a featured business on our home page. business listings are found and index by Goggle and Bing search engines.
bookitlive can promote your business via our social media channels. (Google Plus, Facebook and twitter)
bookitLive provides standard support to all subscribers. Standard support has a limited Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 3 business days to respond to support incidents.
bookitlive also provides professional service to:
- Assist you in getting your account setup with an optimal configuration
- Train you on how to use and configure the software
- Keep you up and running with our priority premium support
- Customising the software to meet your business needs
A dedicated member of the bookitlive team will setup your account to the requirements for your business.
The setup service includes:
- Account creation and configuration
- Definition of services and resource
- Import of client details (maximum 100 clients)
- Configuration of custom emails
- Creation of custom forms
A dedicated member of the bookitlive team can provide onsite or remote training for individual or groups. Copies of the B
bookitlive Service Provider user manual will be provided electronically.
Premium Support Services
Premium Support Services complement and extend existing standard support by providing a reduced response time and priority access to the bookitlive team.
Premium Support hours is generally used to provide a quick resolution to your technical issues and provides:
- 24/7/365 incident logging
- Prioritised incident management
This time can also be used for:
- bookitlive team member to update your account configuration to cater for new feature releases
- Daily status updates for all Premium Support incidents
- Remote training and advice
Premium Support can be requested via phone +61 3 8376 7778 or email (firstname.lastname@example.org). Each support service/request will be logged and charged for in 15 minute increments (or part thereof). For example, if the response for a request for support services takes 10 minutes, 15 minutes of support services will be logged and charged for. And if the response for a request for support services takes 35 minutes, 45 minutes of support services will be logged and charged for.
Every business is different and has its own unique requirements. Our customisation service allows you to partner with bookitlive to jointly develop new capabilities to meet your business requirements. Development vary in size, ranging from adjustments to existing functionality to new functionality development projects.
