Sully's Ciders

Choose from the still ciders - Frisky Fox or Mad Hare - or a Sparkling Cider - Perky Pecker.

The ciders are made at the Old Cheese Factory in Reidsdale, by apples grown in orchards surrounding the Cheese Factory. The orchards were planted in the 1800's by the farmers as they settled in the area - buying the land with their successful gold fossicking finds.

Predominantly Irish, the miners/farmers set up successful cottage industries and many are still owned and run by their descendants today.

Bottoms up to these elders - who toiled hard, took crazy risks and invested sensibly with the opportunities they had to create a legacy for us to enjoy today.
