Location surcharge may apply when lesson commences or finishes outside service area of instructor ie more than 10km from instructors location.
eg Eastern suburbs instructors linked to locations more than 10km from Randwick in Chatswood, Hurstville. Minimum 2 hours applies or $10 per hour surcharge due to extra transit time.
