This session will challenge your thinking and give you an opportunity to work on your current level of stress and self-care. You will be asked to reflect on your core values and how you can link your WHY to improving your own self-care behaviours.
Please come and join Katie Burke who is an experienced Group Fitness Instructor at Macquarie University Sport, a Psychology graduate from Macquarie and also holds a Graduate Diploma of Counselling from the Australian College of Applied Psychology. She currently also works as a Counsellor at The Butterfly Foundation, a charity organisation that focuses on supporting people with eating disorders and body image issues. Katie has worked in Campus Life for a number of years and really understands the stress and self-care challenges we all experience in our everyday life.
