Live Life Fit provides clients with Group Exercise sessions & Personal Training. The environment is fun, friendly, encouraging & child friendly.
There are several different classes on the schedule that provide a workout targeting all aspects of training such as Muscle Strength, Muscle Endurance, Cardiovascular Fitness (aerobic & anaerobic range) and Mobility.
As a trainer I will push you to work efficiently; I will guide, motivate and encourage you throughout your fitness journey.
BOOTCAMP is on Monday at 9.15am. It focuses on improving your aerobic endurance, muscle endurance & agility. All fitness levels welcome.
During Summer I run weekend “POP UP BOOT-CAMP” sessions at Caledonian Park located via Joplin’s street.
METAFIT: It is a metabolic High Intensity body weight work out involving high repetitions. It increases speed, agility & strength. Your metabolic rate is increased which assists in fat burning during and after your work out, up to 48hours depending on how hard you work.
You work to your own ability. You push as hard as YOU can for short bursts of time and rest. They are very popular and they get you FIT fast but it is hard work. So it just depends on the type of training you prefer. These sessions are great for people who are “time poor”. It’s 30min and you are done!
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING is a 45min class of strength exercises focusing on strength, power and core. You will use a variety of freehand equipment (no machines) such as dumbbells, kettle bells & resistance bands. The conditioning component is to elevate your heart rate to assist with fat loss and improve your aerobic capacity. Every week it will be a different class structure.
METAFIT PWR is a circuit based class using equipment and body weight training. It’s a moderate - High Intensity strength and power workout. Your heart rate is in the aerobic- low anaerobic heart rate zones which means it is a Metabolic work out to boost your metabolism to burn fat fast and build strength. It’s fantastic and it is a very popular class. This class is also great if you want to focus on improving body composition with lower impact strength based exercises, but your time is limited.
RUN CLUB: In this class, you learn how to run, improve stride, activate muscle groups, strengthen & mobilize running specific muscles & joints. Not every class involves running; some weeks its a strength based class & suited to any fitness level. Walkers are welcome to this class.
