bookitLive is highly secure. All bookings are confidential, all access is fully password protected and all sensitive information including details of customer bookings cannot be viewed by others.

Do you tell other members my email address or other personal information?

Not at all. We do not reveal any personal contact information to anybody else or businesses.

Can I select my own appointment time with bookitLive?

Absolutely that’s the benefit of bookitLive you can view all the available booking times and select the time that best suits your needs.

How do I create a customer account?

The first time you make a booking or purchase you can create your own customer account.

How do I create a business account?

Creating a business account is easy just press "Start Free Trial" button to see our pricing page to select a package that suits your business.

What are the business benefits of using bookitLive online booking and payment software?

What services to book
The operating hours of the business
Terms of a Daily Deal
Voucher code expiry
You need to contact the Service Provider directly to answer these questions.

Booking Queries

BookitLive is a online appointment booking system used by Service Providers to manage their appointment bookings. As BookitLive does not provide the service we are unable to answer booking queries of behalf of the business conducting the service.

Contact the Service Provider directly

All booking queries should be directed to the business offering the service. Contact the Service Provider directly via their contact phone, email or ask a question form on their business information page. To find their business information page search for the business from the Find a Business and Make a Booking in the title bar above.

Viewing my appointment booking

To view your appointment booking login to BookitLive using the email address and password that you used when you made the booking in the first place.

Managing your appointment bookings
Once logged in you will be able to see all your future booking. You can modify or cancel the booking by selecting the modify or cancel links underneath each booking.

Forgotten password

While making a booking of purchase you have the option to reset your password using the forgotten password link.

If you do not receive your email within a few minutes check your Junk mail (outlook), bulk mail(yahoo) or spam (gmail) folders.

Standard Support

BookitLive provides standard support services to all paid subscribers. Standard support has a limited Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 3 business days to respond to support incidents. Premium Support hours can be purchased to complement and extend existing standard support by providing a reduced response time and priority access to the BookitLive team.

Telephone Support

Telephone support is only available if you subscribe to the Regular and Premium packages or via a support agreement. To help resolve your problem we suggest you email your support issue to our support@bookitlive.net email address prior to calling.
