YIN yoga is restorative in nature, but can be quite challenging as it focuses on deep stretching and postures, slower movements. Done primarily from the floor, the muscles need to be relaxed to target the deep connective tissue of the body.Promotes flexibility in areas perceived as non-malleable especially hips, pelvis and lower spine.
