Tips and Technique training are included on all visits. Cost $ 30. Can be used for a fun day out with friends, birthday parties, charity events, corporate events, sports team bonding sessions, training for a race and much more.

We can help you in this session if you:
* are unsure what to expect from a Spartan race and want to feel more comfortable and prepared for it.
* need some extra technique training on Spartan specific obstacles.
* want to meet some like minded people.
* want an informative and fun day.
In this session we will take you through our obstacles offering technique tips that will assist you on race day and (hopefully) keep the burpee count low. We will also cover topics such as :
✅ Conserving energy on obstacles
✅ Burpee technique (ie. Spartan expectations, conserving energy through technique)
✅ Gear: What gear will be most beneficial to you offering the most protection and comfort.
Obstacles that we have to practice on include : 4 Foot Wall, 6 Foot Wall, 8 Foot Wall, Rope Climb, Herculean Hoist, Monkey bars and multi rig, Traverse Rope, Spear throw, Balance Beam, Slip Wall, Tyre Drag, Olympus Wall, Twister, Atlas Carry, Torsion Bar Carry and crawl, Sandbag and Bucket carry, and Cargo Net.
This session will be run by Lorelai
Burns (Cert 4 fitness, and Wayne Burns (Cert 4 Fitness, Level 1 Spartan SGX Coach).
