Eligibility requirements:
- Live in Ipswich, Qld
- Are not a cat breeder
- Are the current owner of the cat or willing to become the owner of the cat
Please note: Kittens must be over 1kg in weight to qualify.

*PLEASE NOTE*
- If your cat is a Himalayan/ Scottish Fold/ Persian or "flat faced" breed (Brachycephalic)
- If you are a private rescue/organisation
This means you are ineligible for this program.

This free cat desexing service is provided for people who need support to prevent cats being impounded and surrendered or continuing to breed in the community.
Due to limited resources, this offer is currently only available for residents of Ipswich.

Please register below for one of the appointments available to bring your cat to the clinic for desexing. If you have multiple cats, each one will need to be booked in separately.
A $5 post-surgery safety collar is highly recommended and available to purchase onsite. These help to avoid unexpected post surgery complications & costs.

If you are feeding and caring for multiple stray cats and would like assistance with desexing & feeding, please email us at ipscat@awlqld.com.au. A member of our team will contact you to determine how they can assist you.

There is no cost for this services, however donations are welcomed to keep the program running.
